05 Handling Methods and Precautions
  • Product
    Storage Conditions

The storage temperature of the product is 18~40°C
    (recommended temperature: 20~25°C).

If the recommended temperature is maintained and the storage conditions are satisfied,
it can be stored for up to 9 months.

The product should be stored in a manner so as to maintain 5-21% dissolved oxygen,
and additional dissolved oxygen should be supplied if the storage period is extended.
(The drum stopper should be opened for a certain amount of time.)

A first-in first-out practice should be carried out.

Do not expose to direct sunlight. (The drum should be made of a UV-blocking material.)

  • Product
    Unfreezing Method

If the product is frozen (freezing point: 15°C), it can result in the creation of a polymer.

When unfreezing the product, thaw slowly in water at a temperature of under 35°C,
or over a period of 5 days in an insulated warehouse,
and use any product which has been frozen within 2 months of its shipment.
Shake the drum twice a day for a uniform distribution of the oxygen and
inhibitor when the product is being unfrozen.

Unfreezing through spraying steam directly onto the container’s surface is
the main cause of polymer creation, so it must be avoided in all cases.

Never fill the container with an inert gas such as nitrogen.
